About the tour
The city of Granada, located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains and surrounded by a prodigiously fertile plain, boasts astonishing architecture which captures the very essence of Moorish culture.
As the day develops, you will learn of the Arabic passion which developed the city into a veritable centre of art, culture and learning centuries ago.
You will also find out about the Christian reconquest of Granada, the significance of Christopher Columbus in this period of its history, and how the city has become the magnificent destination it is today.
