Indulge yourself and sign up to a long weekend of wines, food, culture and lots of fun in the hinterlands of Andalucia. The pace will be relaxed and travel times kept down to a minimum so there will be time for rest and relaxation also. Flying into and out of Malaga makes it far simpler for organising flights and onward travel.
We will be covering 2 areas of the Wine Region or Denominación de Origen of Sierras de Malaga/ Malaga – the area in the hills just to the East of Malaga and the area close to Ronda. The other D.O we´ll be delving into is Montilla – Moriles and the fortified wines of the province of Córdoba.

Day 1
Arrival to Malaga Airport and travel to Moclinejo for wine visit and lunch. This Bodega goes back 4 generations and is a delight to discover. The visit begins in the vineyears, banked steeply on the hills of the Axarquía with views of the Mediterranean and culminates in the historic house of the founding family.
Lunch will be in the village square.
Sleep in Antequera and dine in a TOMA & COE favourite.
Day 2
Travel to the province of Cordoba and visit 2 boutique wineries
Sleep in Antequera
Dinner at the Bull Ring.
Day 3
Wine tasting at two boutique wineries in Ronda
Sleep in Ronda
Farewell dinner in Ronda Old Town
Day 4
After breakfast travel back to Malaga Airport.
